Longswords

Longswords are two handed weapons that occupy the players back slot.
Longswords have two unique perks amongst melee weapons.
Knockback and Unblockable.
Certain perks only function while the Longsword is held with two hands.

Daggers

Daggers are a treasured weapon among seasoned players. They can be thrown, flipped, and held by the tip.
Daggers are one of 3 weapon types that can have the Vampire perk. Daggers are the only weapon to have the Poison perk. Daggers throw much faster than other weapons.

Hammers

Hammers are a favorite weapons due to their innate perk combo’s.
Hammers can be thrown, though are the slowest of the throwable weapons.
Hammers are the only weapons to have the Area damage perk.
Hammers supposedly do more damage against armor.

Swords

Swords are one of the most common weapons on Eternity.
Swords are hack and slash weapons that can bear the vampire perk. Swords are the only weapon to have the Throwable perk.
Swords can have the stab damage perk. Swords do not track when thrown.

Axes

Axes are one of the best hybrid weapons available.
Axes can be thrown reliably and offer pierce damage of every hit.
Axes are one of 2 weapons to have the Explosions perk.
Axes can also deal damage when bein pulled out of an enemy.

Bows

Bows are the first ranged weapon the player will be introduced to. Bows allow the player to loose arrows at enemies at range. Unlike melee weapons, bows can only proc one perk at a time. Bows are the only weapon to have the Shot Distance Perk.

Shields

Shields are protective equipment that occupies the back slot. Shields provide protection against blocked attacks while in the players hand and while holstered. Shields are the only weapon to have the Absorb perk. Shields can also have the knockback perk.

Crossbows

Crossbows are the archers best friend. Crossbows need to be preloaded before firing. Crossbows can be fired with one hand. Unlike melee weapons, Crossbows can only proc one perk per hit. Crossbows are the only weapon to have the Reload perk.

Spears

Spears are one / two handed long weapons that occupy the back slot. The spear can be flipped as well as thrown.
Spears are one of two weapons to have the Explosions perk.
Spears can be used in one hand or in two if the player prefers.
Enemies can be picked up if the player uses two hands.

Magic Staffs

Staffs come in a wide variety of uses. Every staff baring the melee staff uses Power Gems to fuel its magic.

The Ice Staff fire a constant beam that instantly freezes non-ice mobs.

The Fireball Staff fires non-arching fireballs where it’s pointed.

The Gravity Staff fires a constant beam that will pick up a single enemy when in contact.

The Chrono Staff fires a constant beam the slows enemies on contact.

The Healing Staff fires a constant beam that heals allies on contact.

The Force Staff knocks back and damages enemies in contact.

The Shockwave Staff will target up to three enemies, knocking them back and damaging them after a brief charge period.

The Melee Staff is the only non-magic staff acting as a proto spear of sorts.
